Terms and Conditions

This document establishes the legal rules and obligations for using the financial consulting services provided by Audit HoReCa.

1. Definition of Services

"Services" refer to financial management consulting activities specialized in auditing and optimizing profitability for the HoReCa sector, as described on the website squarethepub.com.

The services include, but are not limited to: operational cost analysis, pricing strategies, inventory management, and the provision of financial reports. They do not include certified accounting services or investment advice.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1 Obligations of the Consultant (Audit HoReCa)

• To provide professional services, with diligence and as agreed.
• To maintain the confidentiality of financial and operational information received from the Client.
• To provide recommendations based on data and industry practices.

2.2 Obligations of the Client

• To provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay the agreed fees according to the terms established on the invoice.
• To make operational and financial decisions at their own responsibility, based on the recommendations received.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Audit HoReCa does not assume liability for:

• Loss of profit or other indirect damages resulting from decisions made by the Client.
• Financial results that differ from the presented projections or estimates.
• Consequences of providing incomplete or inaccurate information by the Client.

4. Financial Terms and Payment

Service fees are communicated in advance and invoiced monthly or upon project completion, as applicable. All prices are expressed in RON and do not include VAT, if applicable.

Late payments may lead to the suspension of services. No refunds are given for services already provided and completed.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, with a notice period of at least 30 days. The Client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

Audit HoReCa reserves the right to immediately suspend services in case of a flagrant violation of these terms by the Client.

6. Modification of Terms

This "Terms and Conditions" document may be updated periodically. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
